Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Cheryl Carstens and I'm a Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I can provide medication as well as make recommendations for complimentary treatments. I treat anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and psychosis. I believe that caring for our mental health is so important to our overall general health and well being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Seeking mental health care is often outside of our comfort zone. I am nonjudgmental, gentle and eager to help. I'm also a very good listener. My hope is to provide an experience that is relaxed, supportive and effective.

What you can expect from our first session

The initial visit will include a lot of questions from me and time for you to ask questions and share your thoughts about what you hope to gain from our visit. Together we can identify goals and discuss a plan of care to accomplish these goals.
