Great to meet you!

Reaching out is hard. I get it. Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you did.

I work with adults and teens on anxiety, depression, work stress, relationships, life transitions, postpartum, parenting, and insomnia. We won't just talk. We'll figure out what matters to you so you can stop second guessing yourself and finally feel like yourself again.

People I work with often tell me they didn't expect to feel different this fast.

Licensed in New York and New Jersey. Columbia trained. English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.

My approach to therapy

I'm honest and genuinely curious about you. I'm not here to tell you what to do or hand you a list of advice. I'm here to help you figure out what actually matters to you so you can make decisions that feel right and make changes that are actually within your control.

People ask me what progress looks like. Here's what I tell them: when you start doing more of what matters and less of what doesn't, that's not just progress. That's the whole point.

What you can expect from me

The first session is pretty simple. I'll ask you what brings you in. Some people come in knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others just know something feels off but can't quite name it yet. Both are completely fine. We'll figure it out together.

We might talk a little about your background and history if you're comfortable, but nothing is required. We'll also talk about what you're hoping to get out of therapy because there's no one size fits all formula here. What works for one person might not work for another. Whatever brings you in, we'll start there.
