Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Texas with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey of positive life change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I always start with an introductory psychosocial, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, provide life history, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to address needs and shift thinking skills. I strive to cultivate a warm, nonjudgemental space, that is welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for your lifestyle positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.
