Dr. Edinbyrd has been counseling individuals, couples, and families since 2010. During this time, she has collaborated with other therapists and treatment facilities to understand the needs of the community. She has also obtained certification as a yoga, and massage therapist as well as a health and fitness coach to include more of a holistic approach to working with clients. Dr. Edinbyrd extended her services: Midwifery and Esthetic work.

My approach is utilizing CBT, DBT and EMDR to meet clients where they are as they process where they want to be and go as they heal.
