Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I earned my PhD in School Psychology from the University of South Florida and served in the public school system before opening up my own practice. I am experienced in providing therapeutic services for a wide range of concerns, with common topics including anxiety, depression, stress management, and social skills.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach can best be described as cognitive behavioral (CBT). In all aspects of my work, I use an evidence-based, problem-solving approach that is collaborative. I select recommendations and interventions that are based on research and data to promote the most optimal outcomes for my clients.

What you can expect from me

When working with clients, my goal is to develop trusting relationships and ensure that the services I provide are helpful and effective. I hope you will find that I am someone with whom you feel comfortable opening up to so that I may help you acquire strategies to feel better and achieve your goals.
