Great to meet you!

Hello! So glad to meet you!

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in 2014. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision designation (LPCC-SUPV) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), with over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. I am also certified to work with Veterans, individuals experiencing problem gambling addiction, and those navigating the unique impacts of adoption, bringing specialized expertise to these populations.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a biopsychosocial-spiritual model, ensuring that each client is treated holistically and with intentional care. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will complete a thorough diagnostic assessment to better understand your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. We will work collaboratively to develop an initial treatment plan and identify meaningful, achievable goals. This session is also an opportunity for us to determine whether we are a good fit to work together and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward. Additionally, we will discuss and establish a meeting cadence that aligns with your needs and supports your progress.
