I believe that everyone has the strength to heal and to live their best life. Mental health issues can be a daily struggle for many, and carrying that pain is exhausting. Just know that seeking treatment doesn't have to be. I am a dedicated professional and provide a calm and welcoming environment. Through support and education you can develop insight, learn healthy skills and identify your inner strengths to live a happy and fulfilling life.

I take a here and now approach to help alleviate daily struggles and improve current functioning. Throughout the therapeutic process you will learn more about yourself and improve communication, boundaries and overall life balance.You will identify distorted thought patterns that have a negative effect on current experiences, and develop healthy strategies to make positive change, improve mood and self confidence.

*Sessions can be held either in-person or virtual pending client preference.

My hope for the therapeutic process is for the individual to feel supported and understood and to develop the skills and insight to make positive change for a happy and fulfilling life.
