Great to meet you!

I have been licensed since 2012 and have worked in both outpatient and inpatient facilities. I treat adults in my private practice and perform forensic work for the court system.

My approach to therapy

My focus is on helping you feel better by meeting you where you are and then supporting you on your journey to wellness. I like to incorporate facets of CBT with motivational interviewing and solution-focused treatments so you can return to wellness as quickly and easily as possible.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to feel more empowered at the end of each session than you did at the beginning. I want you to become confident with your ability to take on life stressors by building insight and resilience.
