Great to meet you!

My work is more than a job; it’s a mission to help people find peace, I value communication and active listening to ensure my patients feel truly heard. By creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, I encourage open expression. I provide honest feedback on the challenges my patients face. I understand that seeking counseling takes courage, and I'm here to support my patients as we work together to achieve their goals. Together, we can create meaningful change and a fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

When I meet with a patient, I really enjoy taking the time to listen to their goals and what brings them to seek treatment. It's important to me to get to know you as a person and to focus on the things you want to achieve through counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and behavior modification to help my clients on their journey, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can work towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you as an individual and to listen carefully to your aims and aspirations. I want to understand you better and collaborate with you to identify the goals you wish to achieve. As a therapist, I strive to be open, caring, humorous, and direct in our interactions.
