Great to meet you!

Hello & Welcome,

I am deeply committed to assisting working professionals as well as expecting parents, new parents, and seasoned parents. I also help navigate the unique mental health challenges of the perinatal period. I provide compassionate guidance, evidence-based strategies, and a nurturing environment to foster emotional well-being, resilience, and a positive growth journey.

My approach to therapy

My services are available to individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs. I am also open to integrating spiritual care for those who seek it, ensuring a personalized and meaningful therapeutic experience. My approach to spiritual care is rooted in Christian values, and I offer a compassionate and judgment-free space that resonates with those seeking spiritual alignment.

I primarily offer one-on-one therapy. However, I encourage you to invite your partner or family members to participate in sessions or parts of sessions if it is deemed beneficial to support your treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

I offer guidance on enhancing communication skills, which are essential for nurturing healthy family dynamics. My focus extends to stress management, burnout recovery and prevention, and alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Additionally, I provide support for those experiencing disenfranchised grief - a type of grief often minimized, misunderstood, or unacknowledged by social norms. This includes grief from stigmatized losses and family difficulties such as divorce, estrangement, or separation due to situations like incarceration, job obligations, and military deployment, which can leave individuals feeling alone and invalidated.

I am committed to supporting you as you overcome challenges along your journey. My hope is that you will find greater peace along the way as we work together to turn chaos into clarity.
