Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Cheryl Paulhus. I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, life transitions and pain management. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

I work with a wide range of life challenges and design a treatment plan in collaboration with you that will assist you in the path of wellness and recovery. I provide a holistic, somatic and comprehensive approach which is a balance of mind, body, and spirit. I have a compassionate and approachable demeanor and collaborate with each client to assist them in identifying the areas they need to focus on in their own way, in their own time. The Integrative approach considers the whole person.

What you can expect from me

I work with each client to experience lasting and meaningful healing in different ways, not a one-size-fits-all approach. The Integrative approach works on multiple levels that provide alternative ways of responding to your environment without getting stuck in the habits of the past that hold you back. Together we will explore multiple evidence-based approaches that best suit your needs to overcome your challenges and attain your vision of health and well-being.
