Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years in the field. I specialize in Christian Counseling, Addiction Counseling, as well as all co-occurring disorders. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology and Counseling from Troy University. I have a Doctorate in Biblical Studies and hold the credentials of Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor and Masters Certified Addiction Counselor.

My approach to therapy

I believe that to achieve long term progress, it is necessary to treat the whole person. I believe to achieve long-term progress the mind, body and spirit must be address. Trying to do otherwise is like attempting to balance yourself on one or two legs of a three-legged stool.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will consist of the two of us spending time focused on ensuring you feel understood, heard, and are comfortable. We will discuss confidentiality, your expectations as well as developing a collaborative plan on how to move forward.
