I have a Masters of Education in Counseling From Midwestern State University

I have been in the mental health arena for 43 years and worked several different areas including inpatient, out patient, civil service and rehabilitation.

I currently work with ages 13 years old to 90+

As noted earlier I have patients with ADHD Depression PTSD and more

My goal is to help my patients have positive rational self talk, reframe negative thoughts and set self up for success. Also to know that they have already been surviving but now they can thrive!

See self in a positive light. Be able to not give away their power of who they are to others. Take responsibility for themselves and stop codependent behaviors..
