Great to meet you!

With 17 years of experience as a counselor and a Master of Education degree, I am passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. I love what I do and am committed to providing a supportive, compassionate, and empowering environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and equipped to reach their goals. My greatest reward is seeing clients build confidence, resilience, and lasting positive change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe every individual has unique strengths, experiences, and goals, so I tailor each session to meet your specific needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring life's challenges and building on your strengths.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where we begin getting to know each other. This is an opportunity for you to share what brought you to counseling, discuss any challenges you're experiencing, and talk about what you hope to achieve through therapy. I'll ask questions to better understand your background, strengths, and goals while creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and free from judgment.

Together, we'll identify priorities, explore what support looks like for you, and begin developing a plan that fits your unique needs. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful as we begin working together. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is important to me, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
