My approach combines heartfelt conversation & interactive therapeutic techniques.I strive to create a welcoming & safe space where clients feel empowered to explore & resolve their challenges.Tailoring methods to meet each person's unique needs; I integrate Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral & Adlerian Therapy Approaches in my work.My journey working in diverse settings—from inpatient to crisis, community mental health, addiction recovery, & trauma centers—deepens my empathy & understanding.

Also,being an Industrial-organizational Practitioner, my clients benefit from career counseling. I guide clients in finding resolutions related to careers, and many benefit from leadership coaching while others establish a better work-life balance. We walk this journey together!
