Great to meet you!

I’m a mindfulness-based psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and career burnout—particularly for professionals in tech, corporate, and high-pressure industries. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the corporate fashion world, so I understand the relentless pressure to perform, the challenges of work-life balance, and the burnout cycle that can feel impossible to break.

I earned my Master’s in Professional Studies in Creative Arts Therapy from Pratt Institute and am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT), Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My approach is goal-oriented, practical, and holistic, combining CBT, mindfulness, and creative therapies to help clients gain clarity, manage stress, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, goal-oriented, and mindful-based approach to therapy. My style is straightforward, supportive, and adaptable, I meet you where you are, whether you need structured strategies, space to process emotions, or tools to manage stress and burnout.

I specialize in working with professionals in tech, corporate, and high-pressure industries, helping them navigate anxiety, ADHD, grief, career challenges, and the relentless pressure to perform. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about understanding what’s keeping you stuck and finding real, sustainable ways forward.

I often incorporate CBT, mindfulness, and creative therapies to help clients break out of repetitive thought patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change. If talking feels like too much, we can explore art therapy as another way to process emotions, no experience needed. Of course, if that’s not your thing, no pressure.

My goal is to provide a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. Therapy should fit your life, not the other way around. Let’s figure out what works for you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is about clarity, relief, and real change—not just talking in circles. Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, aware, and equipped with tools to handle stress, anxiety, ADHD, grief, or career burnout.

You’ll gain:

Practical strategies to manage overwhelm, break unhelpful patterns, and create balance.

A clearer understanding of what’s driving your stress, emotions, or burnout cycle.

A judgment-free space to process tough emotions, whether through talking or creative approaches like art therapy.

A personalized, goal-oriented plan to help you move forward at your own pace.

I create an environment that’s direct, supportive, and adaptable to your needs. Whether you’re looking for structured solutions or just space to breathe, I’m here to help.
