Cheryll Gilbert

Cheryll Gilbert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate to walk with you on your journey to achieve your goals. She has received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Her professional background includes working with adults in a outpatient psychiatric clinic, children and families in a community mental health setting, and adults in a group practice setting.

Cheryll's style of therapy is holistic and integrative. Cheryll emphasizes authenticity, finding purpose in one’s life, and finding meaning in one’s struggles.

Cheryll’s eclectic approach incorporates evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS therapy, and other treatments that best fit the client’s background, culture, and needs.
