Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with years of experience caring for patients across the lifespan. My background in both primary care and psychiatry allows me to take a whole-person approach to mental health, recognizing the important connection between physical and emotional well-being.

I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other mental health concerns. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where we can work together to help you feel your best.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care comes from a collaborative partnership. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide education, guidance, and evidence-based treatment tailored to your unique goals and needs.

I take time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, relationships, and personal strengths before developing a treatment plan. When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with your other healthcare providers. I value open communication and encourage questions so you feel informed and confident about your care every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you. We'll discuss what brings you to treatment, review your mental health and medical history, talk about your current symptoms, and explore how they are affecting your daily life.

My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can share your concerns openly. By the end of the visit, we'll discuss possible diagnoses, review treatment options, answer any questions you may have, and develop an initial plan together. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
