Great to meet you!

Seeking support is a powerful step, and I’m glad you’re here. As a licensed psychologist, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. My goal is to create a judgement-free, supportive space where you can better understand yourself and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded, capable, and aligned with the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools for change. I work with clients to explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships that may be contributing to stress or anxiety. Together, we build strategies that support emotional awareness, healthier coping, and more confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about what you’ve been experiencing, what’s been most challenging, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can best support you moving forward.
