I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety, depression, and sensory processing disorder in both children and adults. I am a very person-centered therapist. I believe in allowing the patient to analyze and process their challenges independently, while using active and reflective listening skills. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy a lot in therapy. I am a firm believer in processing and challenging the way individual's view and interpret their circumstances so they can formulate healthier thought patterns, reflecting in healthier emotions and behaviors.
