Great to meet you!

About Me

As a woman of faith and a dedicated mental health professional, I have committed my life to helping individuals discover the purpose and freedom God has designed for them. For more than 26 years, I have been privileged to walk alongside people as they overcome anxiety, trauma, depression, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs that keep them from living confidently and fully.

I understand these struggles personally. Having experienced trauma, insecurity, anxiety, anger, depression, and feelings of inadequacy in my own life, I know what it feels like to question your worth and your ability to succeed. Through faith, personal growth, and perseverance, I have experienced healing and transformation, and I am passionate about helping others experience the same.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach that is genuine, compassionate, and practical. I incorporate cognitive and behavioral strategies to help clients challenge limiting beliefs, develop healthier thought patterns, and cultivate emotional well-being. For clients seeking faith-based counseling, I integrate biblical principles and spiritual support to encourage lasting transformation and renewed hope.

Throughout my career, I have provided counseling to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, worked with families affected by conflict to rebuild healthy relationships, helped couples restore empathy and understanding, and supported individuals in correctional settings who are seeking healing from traumatic experiences and hope for a better future.

I believe that healing is possible and that freedom begins when we challenge limiting beliefs and embrace truth. My mission is to help people experience bold freedom—the confidence to live without fear, anxiety, or self-doubt—and to walk in the fullness of who they were created to be.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by fear, anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or depression you do not have to face these struggles alone. Healing is possible, and there is hope. Together, we can uncover the beliefs that are holding you back, strengthen your sense of identity and purpose, and help you move forward with confidence, peace, and freedom.

You were created for more than survival—you were created to thrive.

What you can expect from me

In a world where many conceal their true selves behind masks or curated images, I create a safe and authentic space for my clients. During our initial session, you'll have the freedom and permission to share your story without filters or fear of judgment. The is a sanctuary to be real - because true healing begins with honesty and vulnerability.

In our sessions, we will explore your inner world - affirming your worth, discovering your true identity and clarifying your purpose. Everyone deserves to feel accepted, valued, and connected. I believe that when you experience genuine validation and understanding lasting growth and transformation are possible.
