I believe in creating a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings while working toward their personal goals. I have experience in working with substance use and addiction, complex trauma, grief, anxiety, relational issues, PTSD, depression, physical health issues, couples, identity issues, eating disorders, LGTBT+ concerns, and caregivers. I offer individual counseling to adolescents (12 and up) and adults with a special focus on working with athletes.

My therapy approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing on a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
