Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Cheyenne, an LCSW who believes therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or clinical to be effective. With several years of experience supporting youth, parents and families, I help clients navigate trauma, maternal mental health challenges, ADHD, anxiety and the often overwhelming stress of everyday life. If you're in the thick of parenting, navigating your teen years or simply feeling stretched too thin, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My style is energetic , practical and collaborative, with a healthy dose of humor when it helps make hard things feel lighter. I specialize in working with youth, parents and families navigating behavioral challenges, parenting stress or complex inner feelings. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, meaning we look at the full picture of your life while building real tools that actually work.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow down, get to know each other, and begin building a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We'll talk about what's been bringing you in, explore the areas of life you'd like support with, and start identifying the goals that feel most important to you. There's no pressure to have everything figured out. This first conversation is simply about understanding your story, answering any questions you may have, and making sure our work together feels like a good fit. MY goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported and a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
