Great to meet you!

Hello all! My name is Cheyenne and I have been working in the mental health field for over seven years. I enjoy supporting children and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and emotional stressors. Therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to grow. I truly try to create a warm & open-minded environment where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients better understand their emotions, where they come from and strengthen their sense of self with confidence and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based. I work with my clients to help them recognize their resilience, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping through life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a truly warm & supportive space to begin sharing your story. The first appointment, I focus on getting to know you and building comfort and trust. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supportive and hopeful about the therapeutic process.
