Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Cheyenne (she/her) I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist from Los Angeles. I specialize in supporting & empowering people who struggle with depression and anxiety, as well as people who may be beginning their journey of overcoming trauma. I am passionate about this work because I believe psycho-education & understanding trauma's impact on our mind, body, and soul is the pathway to ending generational cycles of abuse and creating bright and joyful futures. I also have a huge passion of coping through creativity and am known to use poetry and painting as a coping skill.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, & behaviors utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT will help free you from the constant cycle of negative overthinking and low self esteem.

What you can expect from me

Within our first meeting together I will want to get a good sense of your needs and who you are as a person. I understand that first sessions may feel exhausting having to repeat traumatic incidences so we will make sure to work at your pace!
