Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here!

Hi, I’m Cheyenne. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University. I have been a therapist for 3 1/2 years working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of experiences and challenges. Prior to clinical work, I also worked with foster children and families.

Social Work has always been important for me personally, and one of the most rewarding parts is seeing the resiliency my clients carry, even in the midst of the most traumatic or difficult times.

Now, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship or family stress.

Some people come in with a clear idea of what they want to work on, while others just know something doesn’t feel right. The good news is you don't know to have it all figured out now.

My goal is to help you make sense of what’s been happening, feel more connected to yourself, and more confident in moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I’m trained in EMDR and also draw from cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and person-centered approaches depending on what feels most helpful.

Some sessions might focus on understanding patterns, trauma responses, or how past experiences continue to show up in day-to-day life. Others may be more practical and skill-based, helping you manage current stressors, improve communication, feel more grounded, and build on the strengths you already carry.

I don’t believe there’s one “right” way therapy is supposed to look. We’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive and most helpful to you with knowledge we can adjust along the way.

I try to balance warmth with practical support, creating space to process what’s been heavy while also helping you build tools to navigate what’s happening now.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask some questions, but you can share at your own pace. There's never any pressure to share more than you feel ready for.

You can expect me to be warm, honest, and collaborative. I’ll help you connect the dots, notice patterns, and identify meaningful next steps. While therapy can involve hard conversations, I also believe there’s space for humor, authenticity, and bringing your full self into the room.
