Great to meet you!

Life can be very tough, and having someone in your corner supporting you can make all the difference. That’s where I come in. While I can’t change your life circumstances, I can support you in learning the best way to respond to them in a way that aligns with your values. Whether it’s childhood trauma, relationships, or current circumstances, we will process them together to ensure that your thoughts and beliefs are accurate and serving you in your daily life.

In 2013, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I am licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I’ve been providing therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings for over twelve years.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing to help my clients ensure that they are looking at their life from an accurate perspective. By changing the way you think about your past and present stressors, you will be empowered to change the way you respond to them. By changing the way you think, you create the opportunity to live the life of your dreams

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will include information gathering regarding how I can best support you. Together we'll determine what to prioritize.
