Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor who believes therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and able to be honest about what you’re experiencing. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, and other challenges that can affect how you feel, think, and function. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, with attention to both your emotional experiences and the patterns that shape how you respond to them.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, person centered approach to therapy, recognizing that your experiences, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and body are all connected. I use evidence based therapeutic approaches and incorporate mindfulness and somatic techniques when appropriate. Our work will be tailored to your needs and goals, with an emphasis on building greater self awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant experiences, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You’ll have space to share at your own pace, ask questions, and begin identifying goals for our work together.
