Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing accessible, compassionate care exclusively through telehealth. With a Master's degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and over a decade of clinical experience, I support a highly diverse range of clients. Alongside the standard approach to psychiatric care, I also specialize in holistic integrative psychiatry. This means I look at the whole picture—including diet, lifestyle, and your body's natural systems—not just to treat distress, but to actively optimize your mental health and help you thrive.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is empathetic, collaborative, and focused on your unique needs. I commonly utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you navigate your experiences. By applying an integrative approach, I look beyond simply managing symptoms or treating mental illness. Instead, we work as a team to uncover root causes and build holistic, sustainable habits that elevate your overall well-being and daily mental clarity.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy or medication management is a big step, so my priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental atmosphere. During our first video session, we will review your personal and medical history, complete a comprehensive intake, and collaboratively outline your goals. Whether you are navigating a difficult season or actively seeking to optimize your mental performance, I want you to feel anchored by a holistic vision for your well-being and confident in your own personal progress.
