Great to meet you!

Welcome to healing! I'm the type of therapist that loves to keep it real & raw with you while providing empathetic support & care. I help treat clients struggling with their mental health, such as anxiety and depression, that stems from people-pleasing & self-neglect, unhealthy boundaries, and low self-esteem. My target population are teenage girls to adult women who desire improvement in these areas and loving themselves more, and I am always open to any client that feels connected to the support & care that I provide.

My approach to therapy

Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, questioning their worth, and struggle with a sense of self & identity. They also find themselves struggling with anxiety & depression as a result. Together, we will create a safe and supportive space to explore these patterns and begin rewriting your story. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and authentic; focused on helping you work through life's challenges, learn the power of healthy self-love & boundaries, discover who you are, and embrace your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

We will start off by getting to know you, your story, and what your needs are. Then we will get to work on achieving the goals we set for you! My personal goal is for you to leave each session not only feeling seen & heard, but for you to begin to see yourself through the lens of your own values and less through the lens of others’ expectations. Overall, you will be equipped with strategies you can use right away and my hope is that you feel empowered to create real change in your life.
