I deeply believe that healing and change are possible for everyone, even when it feels like nothing works or like we don't quite fit the mold. Through both life experience and therapeutic work, I've learned that sometimes it's less about "fixing" ourselves and more about understanding how we're wired, so we can discover what truly resonate and works for us. My approach is both intuitive and integrative, meaning I blend evidence-based practices (like attachment theory, systems therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness) with deep, attuned listening to meet you where you are emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

I have over ten years of international experience working with culturally/clinically diverse populations. Multilingual with fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian. I specialize working with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, self-esteem issues, parenting and women emotional wellness.
