Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in behavioral health. I earned my MSN from Walden University, driven by a passion to improve access to quality mental health care, especially for underserved populations.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health challenges—primarily in adults and the geriatric population. I integrate evidence-based medication management with psychoeducation and therapeutic conversation, tailoring care to each person’s unique story, needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their treatment. Together, we’ll work toward stability, healing, and a better quality of life.
