Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in nursing, mental health, and public health. My journey began at the bedside and has grown into a deep, holistic understanding of what it means to care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I’ve worked in diverse clinical settings across California, from community hospitals to mental health centers and public health departments.

At Graced Path Healthcare, I offer a safe and affirming space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep challenges, and life transitions. My care is rooted in compassion, grace, and respect — because healing shouldn’t feel rushed, cold, or clinical. It should feel human. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe in whole-person, collaborative care. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatry (including medication management and therapy) with lifestyle and wellness strategies, psychoeducation, and mind-body techniques like mindfulness and stress reduction.

I’m here to walk with you — not just prescribe. Whether you're new to mental health care or returning after a break, my goal is to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and co-create a care plan that feels right for you.

I integrate compassion with clinical excellence, ensuring care is personal, not procedural.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, respectful, and comprehensive assessment. We’ll explore what brings you in, your goals, and your health history — but at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll answer your questions, explain the process, and help you understand what care might look like moving forward.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, relief, or long-term support, this first visit is a space for you to be heard — and to begin feeling better, one step at a time.
