Great to meet you!

“Winter always turns to spring.” (Nichiren, 1275)

With a career rooted in the belief that everyone has a unique potential & mission, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals express what words often cannot. After 12 years of supporting students with autism, I transitioned into addiction counseling because I believe in the incredible power of human change. In my work at a Section 35 facility, I often meet people at their lowest points. I truly believe that winter always turns to spring—that even in moments of resistance or struggle, the potential for a new beginning is always there.

I believe that connection is the key to healing. When you truly feel that someone understands you and believes in your own life journey, you find the strength to change. Drawing from my decade of experience in neurodiversity, I use art as a bridge for expression. For many, words aren't enough to describe the pain of addiction or the hope of recovery.

My approach to therapy

Through creative expression, I help you uncover your inner potential and navigate the resistance that often comes with change.
