My expertise extends to the comprehensive treatment of various psychiatric disorders, specializing in children, adolescents, and adults. My journey in psychiatric care began in 1998. I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing in 2007 and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2019.
I am a strong leader which has been exemplified by overseeing administrative departments and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. I act as a liaison between nurses and administrators, fostering a collaborative and effective healthcare environment. I apply the same principle to patient care. I utilize Patient-Centered approach. I treat my patients with respect, dignity and compassion. I establish effective communication, rapport, mutual trust with my patients.
