Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, anger, impulse control, stress, and the specific pressures that come with being a woman today. Many of my clients arrive feeling like they are holding everything together for everyone else and running out of room for themselves. My job is to help you get that room back.

Outside of work, you will usually find me drawing, out on a hike, or at the gym. I bring that same steady, practical energy into session.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). That means we look closely at the thoughts, patterns, and habits keeping you stuck, then build skills you can actually use between sessions. We set goals together and revisit them, so you can see your progress instead of guessing at it.

Therapy works best when it feels collaborative. You are the expert on your own life. I bring the structure, the tools, and the space.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mostly about getting to know each other. I will ask what brought you in, what has felt hardest lately, and what you want your life to look like. You can share as much or as little as you feel ready to. By the end of the hour, we will have a sense of what to focus on and a plan for where to start.
