Great to meet you!

I'm a dual board-certified nurse practitioner (FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and years of experience delivering telehealth care across multiple states. Been a Nurse for over 20 years. My practice focuses on psychiatric and mental health care, and I work with patients to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans in a supportive, judgment-free setting. I believe good care starts with truly listening, and I take the time to understand each person's full picture before we decide on a path forward. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or another concern, my goal is to make quality mental health care accessible, convenient, and centered on you.

My approach to therapy

'My approach is collaborative and patient-centered — I see treatment as a partnership, not a prescription handed down. I take time to understand your history, goals, and what's actually going on in your life, then build a plan that fits you rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. I combine evidence-based medication management with practical, whole-person support, and I'm a firm believer in clear communication, so you'll always understand the "why" behind any recommendation. Telehealth lets me meet you where you are, making care more convenient and consistent, and I welcome your questions and feedback at every step so we can adjust as you progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you — there's no rush and no pressure. We'll talk through your history, your current concerns, and what you're hoping to get out of care, so I can understand your full picture before recommending anything. From there, we'll discuss potential options together and start shaping a plan that feels right for you, whether that involves medication, lifestyle support, or a combination. You'll leave with a clear sense of next steps and the chance to ask any questions, because feeling comfortable and informed is the foundation of good care.
