Dr. Chimene Diomi

I am Dr. Chimene Diomi, a compassionate and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges related to mood, personality, trauma, and substance addiction disorders. My clinical training at Yale University and my Doctoral Degree from the University of Pennsylvania have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient care, private practice, residential rehabilitation, assisted living, nursing homes, and inpatient treatment facilities.

My services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation and health counseling. For those struggling with substance addiction, I offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and structured support for sustained recovery.
