Great to meet you!

Feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or simply not like yourself? You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. I provide mental health care for adolescents and adults ages 13 and older experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, bipolar disorder, ADHD, mood changes, sleep concerns, psychotic disorders, and other mental health challenges.

You may be struggling with your mood, having difficulty focusing or sleeping, feeling overwhelmed by everyday life, or frustrated because previous treatment hasn’t helped enough. You may also be experiencing more complex symptoms and looking for a provider who will take the time to understand what you’re going through rather than focus on a diagnosis alone.

Whether you’re seeking mental health care for the first time, returning to treatment, or looking for a new provider, you’re welcome to reach out. At iBloom Wellness Clinic PLLC, appointments are available through convenient telehealth visits.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and straightforward. I want you to feel comfortable talking openly about what you’re experiencing without feeling rushed, judged, or reduced to a diagnosis.

We’ll look at your symptoms, how they’re affecting your daily life, what you’ve tried before, and what you would like to improve. I’ll listen to your concerns, explain your options clearly, and work with you to make informed decisions about your care.

Depending on your needs, treatment may include medication, brief goal-focused therapy, or a combination of both. Your treatment plan will be individualized to you, and we’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments when needed.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand what has been going on. We’ll discuss what brought you in, the symptoms you’ve been experiencing, how they’re affecting your daily life, and what you would like to improve.

We’ll also review your psychiatric and medical history, current and past medications, previous treatment experiences, and any concerns you have. You’ll have time to ask questions and share what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past.

I’ll explain my recommendations and treatment options clearly. By the end of the visit, my goal is for you to feel heard, better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms, and leave knowing the next steps.
