Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. I also have experience supporting clients with OCD, panic disorders, PTSD, and substance use concerns. My goal is to understand the person behind the diagnosis and create a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs, experiences, and goals. I value open communication and believe you should have an active voice in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and solution-oriented. I believe effective care starts with listening carefully and understanding how your symptoms are affecting your life. Whether we are addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, or another concern, I work with you to identify practical goals and determine what treatment approach makes the most sense. I view you as an equal partner in the decision-making process and encourage questions, honest feedback, and active participation throughout treatment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and develop a clear understanding of what brings you to care. We’ll discuss your symptoms, mental health history, current challenges, goals, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being. From there, we can begin identifying potential diagnoses and treatment options, including medication management and supportive therapy when appropriate. Most importantly, you can expect to be heard, respected, and included in decisions about your care.
