Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when anxiety, stress, or depression have left you feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Many of the people I work with are trying to manage work, relationships, responsibilities, and everyday stress while quietly struggling underneath it all.

I help adults better understand themselves, manage emotional challenges, and build practical tools that support healthier, more balanced daily living.

My approach to therapy

I help clients better understand the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, managing stress, and creating practical strategies that help you feel more grounded and confident in everyday life. My approach is collaborative, supportive, compassionate, and focused on meaningful, realistic change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been trying to manage things on your own for a long time.

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what’s been weighing on you, and identifying what support feels most important right now. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
