I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based mental health care for individuals of all ages. My holistic and person-centered approach ensures clients feel valued and empowered on their journey to wellness. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health from Northern Arizona University, with extensive clinical experience in outpatient clinics, crisis centers, and primary care integration. I specialize in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health conditions, including: - Anxiety Disorders - Depression and Mood Disorders - ADHD - PTSD and Trauma-Related Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Insomnia and Sleep Disorders - Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders - Support for grief and stress management.
