Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. I work with adolescents, teenagers, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and emotional burnout.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I understand that mental health is deeply connected to daily life, relationships, culture, and personal experiences, and I take a compassionate, whole-person approach to care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe every client’s story is unique, so treatment should never feel one-size-fits-all. I combine evidence-based care with empathy and active listening to help clients feel comfortable discussing difficult emotions and experiences.

I focus on helping clients build emotional resilience, healthy coping skills, self-awareness, and long-term stability. When appropriate, I incorporate medication management alongside therapeutic support, education, and lifestyle recommendations to promote overall wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where they are encouraged to speak openly at their own pace. We will discuss current concerns, symptoms, personal history, stressors, goals, and any previous treatment experiences.

My priority is to ensure clients feel seen, understood, and supported while we work together to create a treatment plan tailored to their needs. By the end of the session, clients can expect greater clarity about their mental health concerns and the next steps toward healing and emotional wellness.
