Great to meet you!

You don’t have to go through life’s challenges on your own. With almost 10 years of experience, I provide support to individuals dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, and stress, as well as those exploring AAPI and gender identity issues. I also work with children and teens who are managing emotional and behavioral challenges. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your individual needs. I hold a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from CSUSB. Whether you’re feeling stuck or striving for personal growth, I’m here to help!

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a powerful and transformative journey—and I’m here to walk alongside you. Grounded in a person-centered and strengths-based approach, our work together will highlight your inner strengths, encourage self-understanding, and inspire meaningful change. Together, we’ll move toward a more balanced, fulfilled version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking, so my goal in our first session is to help you feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. We’ll take time to get to know each other—not just what brings you in, but also who you are as a person. I like to find shared interests or common ground we can connect on, so the space feels more natural, relatable, and human. We’ll move at your pace, with no pressure to open up all at once, and I’ll gently guide the conversation while respecting your comfort level. You’re always welcome to ask questions along the way, and together we’ll begin to get a sense of what you’re hoping for and how we can make therapy feel supportive, collaborative, and meaningful for you.
