Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! Taking the first step toward caring for your mental health can feel overwhelming, so I'm glad you're here. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 13 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other mental health concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized, and I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best mental health care begins with trust, compassion, and open communication. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, education, and practical coping strategies to help you build lasting emotional wellness. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, or other mental health concerns, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, symptoms, and treatment goals so I can gain a clear understanding of your unique needs. Together, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals if appropriate. My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clear plan for moving forward.
