Great to meet you!

If anxiety or depression has begun to affect your mood, relationships, sleep, work, or ability to enjoy the things you once loved, you don't have to navigate it alone. I help adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms find relief and develop practical, sustainable ways to feel better.

As a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I bring both medical and psychiatric experience to my practice. I take a whole-person approach to care, recognizing that mental health is closely connected to physical health, stress, sleep, medications, and the demands of everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand your experiences, concerns, goals, and what you hope to change. Together, we develop a treatment plan that may include evidence-based medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. I incorporate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you better understand patterns that may be contributing to anxiety or depression and develop practical tools for managing them.

I believe treatment should be a partnership—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're experiencing persistent worry, low mood, loss of motivation, difficulty concentrating, changes in sleep, or simply don't feel like yourself, my goal is to create a supportive space where you can feel heard and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, we'll talk about what you're experiencing, your medical and mental health history, previous treatments, and your goals for care. We'll then discuss treatment options together and create a plan that feels appropriate for you.

Taking the first step toward feeling better can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I invite you to reach out to schedule an appointment, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward greater emotional well-being.
