Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric- Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing. My professional background includes caring for patients with mental illness in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, the ER, and outpatient clinics. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate their mental health challenges with compassion, dignity, and understanding. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, understood, respected, and supported on their journey toward better mental health.

I understand that reaching out for mental health care can feel overwhelming, whether you are seeking support for yourself or looking for help for your child. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where every client feels heard, respected, and supported.

I provide psychiatric assessment, individualized treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing support for individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, Alcohol use disorder, insomnia, and sleep-related concerns. When working with younger clients, I recognize the importance of understanding their developmental needs, family environment, school environment, and individual challenges. I strive to work collaboratively with parents and caregivers, as appropriate, while respecting each young person's needs and dignity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based psychiatric practice and individualized treatment. Together, we will explore your symptoms, discuss appropriate treatment options, and develop a care plan that reflects your needs, values, and goals. When appropriate, treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, mental health education, and coordination with other therapeutic services.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide respectful, personalized, and supportive care. Whether you are a parent seeking help for your child, a teenager navigating emotional challenges, or an adult working toward improved mental wellness, I want you to know that your concerns matter. My Christian faith inspires my commitment to compassion, service, hope, and the dignity of every person. My goal is to help clients better understand their mental health, manage symptoms, build resilience, and improve their quality of life. I believe that meaningful progress begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship and a shared commitment to wellness.
