Great to meet you!

If you are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, stress, or emotional burnout, you do not have to navigate it alone.

I am a doctoral-prepared, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care for adolescents and adults throughout California. I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, unfocused, anxious, or disconnected from the life they want to live.

Many of my patients are high-achieving professionals, college students, parents, healthcare workers, military families, and individuals who spend so much time caring for others that they neglect their own mental health. They often struggle with racing thoughts, difficulty focusing, low motivation, mood changes, excessive worry, poor sleep, emotional overwhelm, or challenges managing daily responsibilities.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. I take time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and treatment goals. Together, we develop a plan that supports both symptom relief and long-term emotional wellness. You will be treated as a person, not a diagnosis.

When medication is appropriate, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based medication management with clear education and ongoing support. I believe patients make the best decisions when they feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment.

Whether you are seeking help for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, or life stressors, my goal is to help you gain clarity, improve functioning, build resilience, and feel more like yourself again.

Healing is possible, and support is available. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My goal is simple: to help you feel better and function better. Whether you are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, mood changes, or life stressors, I provide personalized psychiatric care designed to help you regain focus, improve emotional stability, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with confidence. Treatment is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual goals.

What you can expect from me

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, stuck, or like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, you are not alone. Patients often tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter, more understood, and better equipped to handle life's challenges. Together, we focus on practical solutions, emotional healing, and lasting change. Whether you're struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or burnout, my goal is to help you feel more in control, more confident, and more like yourself again.
