Great to meet you!

My passion for mental health care is rooted in a deep belief that healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I aim to provide more than treatment as I strive to create safe, collaborative spaces where patients of all ages can better understand their mental health and take ownership of their wellness.

With a strong foundation in both medical-surgical and psychiatric nursing, I’ve gained valuable experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. These experiences taught me the importance of listening with intention, acting with urgency, and treating each person as a whole and not just a diagnosis. Today, I continue to draw from that foundation in my current practice, where I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care tailored to each individual.

My approach to therapy

I value education, open communication, and building a therapeutic alliance rooted in respect. Whether working through crisis or supporting long-term stability, my goal is always to empower clients with tools, knowledge, and compassion.

What you can expect from me

I remain dedicated to reducing stigma and expanding access to mental health care through continued learning and community outreach. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my patients in their healing journeys, and I am committed to doing so with empathy, integrity, and excellence.
