Great to meet you!

Hi! I am accepting new clients in California!

My work is grounded in authenticity, cultural humility, and the conviction that healing occurs within safe and supportive relationships.

I have been a therapist for 5 years, and I blend narrative therapy, person-centered and humanistic approaches, relational-cultural theory, liberation psychology, and somatic practices to help clients explore their stories, reconnect with their values, and build practices for grounding and growth. In our sessions, you may experience mindfulness, simple, gentle body-based exercises, and creative reflection alongside traditional talk therapy.

I specialize in working with motivated adults navigating trauma and intergenerational wounds, identity-related stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also support helpers, healers, and leaders who want to avoid burnout and realign with their purpose.

My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, culturally responsive, and holistic. I believe people heal best in spaces where they feel truly seen and heard, so I focus on building a warm, collaborative relationship with every client.

I integrate narrative therapy, person-centered and humanistic approaches, relational-cultural theory, liberation psychology, and somatic practices. This means we’ll explore the stories that shape your life, your cultural and family context, and how your body holds stress or resilience. I often incorporate reflection exercises alongside talk therapy to help you reconnect with your values and strengths.

Together we’ll work to identify patterns, release what no longer serves you, and build tools for healing, growth, and authentic living. My goal is to help you not only cope with challenges but also reclaim your sense of self, agency, and joy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is designed to feel welcoming and grounding. We’ll begin with a brief check-in to help you settle in, and then move on to learning more about you.

I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, your hopes and goals, and any previous experiences you’ve had with counseling. You’ll have plenty of space to share at your own pace; there’s no pressure to disclose more than you’re ready for. Together we’ll clarify what you’d like to work on, discuss how my approach might fit your needs, and set some initial goals.

Most of all, the first session is about building connection and safety. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and with a clear sense of how we can move forward together.
